Lease Requirements

  • Current boat registration
  • Valid State issued ID
  • Copy of insurance policy showing at least $300,000 of liability coverage (both property and bodily injury) including pollution liability coverage.
  • All slip leases are a 12-month commitment, and the vessel must be seaworthy.
  • Seasonal breakwater leases can start anytime between January 1st and October 1st and terminate on October 31.
