- Current boat registration
- Valid State issued ID
- Copy of insurance policy showing at least $300,000 of liability coverage (both property and bodily injury) including pollution liability coverage.

A $40.00 annual waitlist payment must accompany this application. Once on the waitlist, you will be invoiced each December to renew your waitlist card for the following year. Failure to pay the renewal will result in removal from the waitlist on December 31st.
This is a non-refundable fee. If you decline an offered slip, you will be moved to the back of the waitlist. The Port has a 12 month minimum lease that will start the day you accept a slip from the waitlist. You will have up to 24 hours to respond via phone or email.
Failure to respond to our inquiry counts as an automatic decline. We cannot accept boats over 40′.
