The Port of Camas-Washougal Commission will hold an Executive Session on

Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 11 AM. The Executive Session is not open to the public, and no decisions will be made. It is expected to last one hour.

Recess to Executive Session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (l) (iii) to discuss:

· Litigation or legal risks of a proposed action or current practice that the agency has identified when public discussion of the litigation or legal risks is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.

· The Executive Session is expected to take one hour.

· ACTION is not expected to be taken following the Executive Session.
