The Port of Camas-Washougal Commission will hold an Executive Session on Wednesday, April 16th, 2025 at 11:30 AM. The Executive Session is not open to the public and no decisions will be made. It is expected to last 20 minutes.

Recess to Executive Session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (i)(iii) & RCW 42.30.110 (1) to discuss:

• One matter related to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price & one matter related to legal risks of a proposed action that the agency has identified when public discussion of the legal risks is likely to result in an adverse legal of financial consequence to the agency.
• The Executive Session is expected to take 20 minutes.
• ACTION is not expected to be taken following the Executive Session.
