Effective Wednesday, April 29, 2020, and until further notice, in compliance with the shelter-in-place order issued by the State of Washington, Port of Camas-Washougal’s launch ramp will be closing all but the most eastern lane of the launch ramp. All other lanes will be closed. The purpose is to effectively implement social distancing on the Port’s docks and ramp.
It is our intent to continue to allow recreational launch ramp activity as long as it complies with social distancing requirements recommended by federal, state and local health officials to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our first priority is to ensure protection of the public, employees, business operators and users during this unprecedented public emergency.
We recognize this is a disappointment for many of our launch ramp customers and boaters and apologize for any inconvenience. We will continue to keep you updated as conditions change.
If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at (360) 835-2196.
Stay safe and healthy!
David Ripp, Chief Executive Officer
