STEIGERWALD COMMERCE CENTER
This unique 125+ acre parcel is Clark County’s largest new market-ready industrial development. In partnership with MacKay Sposito, the Port has master planned Phase 1 of the property to create “pad ready” sites. [See ‘Steigerwald Proposed Lots’ at right.]
Phase 1 of Steigerwald Commerce Center, to include all infrastructure, was completed in June of 2013. In July 2013, the Vancouver Business Journal, the Building Industry Association, and SW Washington Contractors Association recognized Steigerwald Commerce Center as a '2013 Top Project.' [See announcement at bottom right]
The first building in Steigerwald (Bldg. 15) was completed in 2014 and long-time Industrial Park tenant Foods In Season entered into a 14-year lease for the 21,600 sq. ft. structure to accommodate their rapidly expanding specialty foods business. In July 2014, Bldg. 15 was recognized as a ‘2014 Top Project’.

Construction of the second building in Steigerwald Commerce Center, Building 17, was completed in February 2016. It is a 24,300 sq. ft. building with 3 bays. Foods In Season occupies Bay 1, a 13,500 sq. ft. space. The other two 5,400 sq. ft. bays are leased to Lumino Wellness, manufacturer of health and beauty products and current Industrial Park tenant Mary Jane’s Glass Productions, Inc. who expanded and leases the 5,400 square foot Bay 3 in addition to Bldg. 5 where they have done business since August 2013. Currently, there are plans to add a 50,000 sq. ft. Building 18 to the Steigerwald Commerce Center. Engineering plans should be in progress by September 2016 following completion of the Grant Street extension, which will allow access to the Port property and construction to begin.
