Christmas Ships Parade

The annual Christmas Ships parade of boats was a success again this year. Countless numbers of people attended this annual event as we all watched the lighted ships during the special visit to the Port of Camas-Washougal. The port provided cider and cookies and many people lined the breakwater, the overlook, marina park and filled the port board room and lobby to capacity. The superb Washougal High School Choir X-Tet provided musical selections in the lobby area. A big thank you to all the skippers and the Dolphin Yacht Club that continuously support this event. In addition, the port conducted a raffle of gift bags with goodies donated by local businesses including: Riverside Marine, the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce, Best Western Parkersville Inn & Suites, the Camas-Washougal Aviation Association and the generous Puffin Café!. Thank you to all!
