David Ripp

Executive Director


David Ripp joined the Port in January 2008 as Executive Director, bringing with him over 13 years of Port leadership experience. Mr. Ripp is responsible for the overall operations, capital improvement projects, and management of the Port's assets, including the 350-slip Marina, Parker's Landing Historical Park, the 79-hangar general aviation Airport; the 400-acre Industrial Park, including Capt. William Clark Park, the ongoing build-out of Steigerwald Commerce Center; and the future development of the Waterfront Property adjacent to the Marina.

Mary Murphy

Executive Assistant/Public Records Officer/Publicity


Mary joined the Port in 1994, and works directly with the Executive Director and the Commission. She is the Public Records Officer, and is responsible for website updates, advertising, press releases, public notices, writing the Port Reports and annual Community Report, as well as the monthly newsletter. Mary attends Commission meetings, prepares the minutes, and is staff support for the Parkersville Advisory Committee.

Kim Noah

Finance Director


Kim joined the Port in 2007 as Finance Director and Auditor and acts as the Port’s Treasurer. Her education and 20+ years of experience in public service are assets to the Port. Kim is responsible for overseeing the accounting staff, budgeting, and the day-to-day financial aspects of the Port, as well as Financial Statements, Audit Compliance, and the Port's Annual Budget.

Jen Blomgren

Accountant/Human Resources


Jen joined the Port in June 2006. As Accountant, she handles accounts receivable, payroll and other related duties. In 2008, she took on the additional responsibility of Human Resources and currently leads the Port’s Safety Team. Jen's high standards and attention to detail - critical in these important roles - serve the Port well.

Angelina Aiello

Community Relations Specialist


Angelina joined the Port in February 2014 as office assistant and soon took on the role of Community Relations Specialist, utilizing her Business Marketing degree as the Port’s presence in social media and organizing Port events such as the summer concerts, Christmas ships, Wheels and Wings, etc. Angelina also handles moorage and hangar leases, scheduling, work orders and other office duties.

Kyle Chinn

Accounts Payable/IT Support


Kyle is the newest addition to the Port team. In August 2015, he assumed the position of Accounts Payable with the added responsibility of IT support (Information Technology) for staff. Kyle graduated from Washington State University, with a minor in Communications and a major in Digital Technology and Culture. He brings not only his educational background, but eight years of customer service to the Port, making Kyle a valuable addition to our team.

Jeramy Wilcox

Project Manager


Jeramy Wilcox joined the Port in October 2008, starting in the Maintenance Dept. and was soon moved to the administrative side as the Project Manager. His responsibilities includes permitting, implementation and delivery of capital projects, contract policy, budgeting, project estimating and coordinating major aspects of construction project management.

Debra Itzen

Contract Specialist


Debra joined the Port in 2001 and has been promoted this year to Contract Specialist. Debra's solid work ethic, her years of experience in managing Accounts Payable and professionalism in dealing with contract vendors make her a natural fit for the scope of work that comes with this set of responsibilities.

Steve Klopman

Maintenance Supervisor


Steve joined the Port in August 2011 as Maintenance Supervisor, after 16+ years with Clark County Public Works Dept. He possesses effective supervisory skills and is experienced in roadway maintenance, underground utility installation, and general construction. Steve works in the field overseeing a crew of six full-time staff, plus seasonal employees to maintain the Port's assets at the Marina, Parker's Landing Historical Park, Grove Field Airport, Steigerwald Commerce Center, and the Industrial Park, including Capt. William Clark Park.

Eric Plantenberg

Maintenance Assistant/HVAC


Eric joined the Port in November 2010 in the position of Maintenance Assistant, bringing a background in general construction and HVAC and he currently holds the position of Maintenance Assistant III. In 2013, Eric was given the added responsibility of overseeing and maintaining all heating / cooling services in Port-owned structures. Based at Grove Field, Eric is an invaluable team player.

Mark Hamrick

Maintenance I/Harbormaster


Mark joined the Port in 2005, in the role of Maintenance Assistant. Promoted to Harbormaster in 2007, he works in the Marina area, checking the docks and boats, overseeing the trailer parking area, responding to tenants' needs, and maintaining a safe and secure marina for the public to enjoy.

Darrell Burk

Maintenance II/Stormwater


Darrell Burk joined the Port in July 2012 in the position of Maintenance II. In 2014, he became the Port’s Certified Erosion Sediment Control Lead and is responsible for stormwater compliance for all Port properties. He has experience in plumbing, electrical, all aspects of remodeling, holds a CDL and is a skilled equipment operator. Based out of the Industrial Park, Darrell's skills and expertise are valued and utilized in all operating areas of the Port.

Doris Tillman

Lead Grounds/Facilities Maintenance


Doris joined the Port in 1999. She is directly responsible for the manicured lawns, the seasonal flowers, and the tidy look of the Port's property - at the Marina, Parker's Landing Historical Park, the Airport, the Industrial Park, Capt. William Clark Park, and Steigerwald Commerce Center. Doris' skills have helped make the Port a destination spot for many in the community.

Karina Hankin-Pratt

Grounds/Facilities Maintenance Worker


Karina Hankin joined our team in January 2013 as Grounds and Facilities Maintenance Worker. She is a key part of the landscaping team, working in all areas of Port properties, as well as being responsive to needs in other areas of facilities maintenance. Karina’s work-first attitude has made her a welcome addition.

Matthew Cox

Facilities/Janitorial Maintenance Worker


Matt joined the Port in May of 2013 in a permanent part-time maintenance position and moved into full-time as of January 1, 2015. Matt offers expertise from years of experience as an arborist, and works with the landscape crew and supports other maintenance staff in the field as needed.
