A VALID DRIVING RECORD FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING MUST BE ATTACHED TO THE JOB APPLICATION IN ORDER FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE CONSIDERED.
As of 10-15-12 the cost to obtain a copy of your driving record in Washington is $13.00. In Oregon it is $2.00. Payment can be made by cash, check or money order.
